The Zeitlin name has been associated with exceptional properties and people for over 30 years. On January 2, 1979, Zeitlin and Co., Realtors opened at its present location, Continental Plaza, 4301 Hillsboro Road. A subsidiary office was located in the new Cottonwood development in Nashville Staffed by three onsite Zeitlin agents, the Cottonwood onsite sales office executed new homes sales for the development and a tradition was born.
In 1981 Zeitlin & Co., Realtors create a relocation and marketing department that focused on corporate development and relocation services. Since that time, growth of the Company has allowed development of two separate company departments. The Zeitlin Relocation Team is a nationally-accredited department staffed by six industry professionals with over sixty years experience in real estate and relocation. Our in-house Production Deparment is a three person marketing and advertising team dedicated to creating marketing brochures, advertisements and promotional materials for our properties.
In the fall of 2005 Zeitlin & Company, Realtors formed and launched Zeitlin InTown; a new division created and designed to serve urban builders, buyers and sellers of metropolitan Nashville residential properties. In the summer of 2007, the company launched Zeitlin NewHomes, a new division designed focus solely on the marketing and sales of new construction homes. The Nashville area has seen tremendous growth and development in recent years, and Shirley Zeitlin saw an opportunity to offer a unique and focused service to the area's Builders and Developers.
For almost 30 years, Zeitlin and Co., Realtors has represented some of the finest developments in Middle Tennessee. Today Zeitlin NewHomes agents represent several projects in the Nashville area.
