Feel free to look around my site and call or email me if you have any questions about buying or selling a home. I work throughout Davidson County, and also work in Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Cheatham and Williamson counties.
My approach is to structure my real estate services to fit your needs and your style. Everyone is different, so I adapt to make buying or selling through me an experience that is driven by you.
I had my second best year in the real estate business in 2009--in spite of down market--and for that I feel very fortunate. I believe my approach to working for my clients is the reason for that success.
I have to admit I have a soft spot for our urban neighborhoods, and love old homes. In fact, my personal residence is a 1920s bungalow in the Richland-Central neighborhood. If you need some guidance on buying and living in an older home, I have 17 years of old-house stories to share...and most of them are good.
In addition to selling real estate, I am active in our community. I have served on the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors' Environmental Committee and am the past chair of the GNAR Project Pencil committee.
I've been a supporter of Hearing Bridges (formerly the League for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing) for years, and am a former board member and former chair of their Communications Committee. More information is available at www.hearingbridges.org.
I'm a past vice president and current board member of Walk/Bike Nashville ( www.walkbikenashville.org), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making it easier to walk and bike in Nashville. Whenever I can I use one of my bicycles to run errands around our community. The opening of the Richland Creek Greenway near my home has made this even easier, and I encourage you to explore your family's options to get out of the car whenever you can.
I'm also a sponsor of the Gran Fondo Bicycles racing team ( www.granfondocycles.com). A former racer myself, I've been involved with bicycling here in Nashville for many years, and was one of the people responsible for getting our first public mountain bike trail built at Hamilton Creek Park on Percy Priest Lake in 1992.
