Sam Averbuch
Sam Averbuch is the Chief Financial Officer of Zeitlin & Co., Realtors and a partner with the firm. He is a Nashville native with over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. In 2010, Sam merged his mortgage operation to create the Shelter Mortgage, LLC venture, and brought his finance background to his position with the company.
